Dissolution Method Of Hydroxypropyl Methyl Cellulose

1. All models can be added to materials by dry mixing method.
2. When it needs to be directly added to the normal temperature water solution, it is better to use the cold water dispersion type, and it can be thickened within 10-90 minutes after adding.
3. Ordinary models can be dissolved after mixing and dispersing with hot water and cooling with cold water.
4. If the phenomenon of caking and wrapping occurs during dissolution, it is due to insufficient mixing or the common model is directly added to the cold water. At this time, it should be stirred quickly.
5. If bubbles are generated during dissolution, they can be removed by standing for 2-12 hours (the specific time is determined by the consistency of the solution) or by vacuuming and pressurizing, or by adding an appropriate amount of defoamer.
